Realme will launch its third affordable TWS – Buds Q – in India very soon. A couple of days back, Realme unveiled Buds Air Neo at a competitive price of Rs 2,799.
To keep the heat on, Realme India’s CMO, Francis Wang took on Twitter to announce their next TWS earbuds for under 2000 bucks. These will be a perfect rival to Redmi Earbud S [Review].

The poster attached in the Twitter post reveals many specifications of the upcoming Realme Buds Q.
Realme Buds Q Specs
The Realme Buds Q pack advanced multi-layer composite diaphragm and 10mm drivers, greater than Redmi’s 7.5mm drivers. The Buds Q is driven by a Realme R1 chip that supports 119ms of low latency. With the rating of IPX4, the Buds Q offer water and dust resistance. The earbud supports Bluetooth 5.0 offering auto-connectivity with the attached devices.

Under the hood, Realme Buds Q has touch controls for calls, audio track change, and Google Assistant. The smart in-ear detection is there to play or pause when the earbud is pulled in or out of the ears. The battery lasts for 4.5 hours of playback with 20 hours back up in the charging case. Unlike Realme Buds Air [Review] and Buds Air Neo, the upcoming TWS won’t support wireless charging.
Realme Buds Q Price and Availability
The Realme Buds Q may come to the Indian market in Black, White, and Yellow color variants. Since the Buds Q is on sale in China at the price of 149 yuan (around Rs 1,600), we expect a similar price that can give strong competition to Redmi Earbuds S.
