Apple Is #1 for Customer Satisfaction
The American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) report on smartphones shows that Apple retains the title for the highest customer satisfaction, followed closely by Samsung and a few other brands.
The ACSI report covers two rankings for smartphones:
- Cell phone companies: These include Apple, Samsung, LG and Motorola.
- Cell phone brands: These include different models of the iPhone, Galaxy and Stylo phones.
